International Shipping Rates
International shipping is currently limited to Saudi Arabia.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our studio team will process it within 1 business day. In some cases, items may need to be collected from different warehouse locations. To accommodate this, and in line with international shipping protocols, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be dispatched. (Excludes pre-sale items)

Shipping Fees
Customs Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are determined by the order value and the destination country’s regulations.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, a separate email containing your tracking number will be sent. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking link to update before checking your shipment status.
Delayed Deliveries
We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, JACRA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners or by customs clearance. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
Lost Packages
If you encounter issues with your delivery or tracking, we recommend first contacting the courier directly, as they may require additional information or have prematurely marked a package as “delivered.”
